Once the oldest house on the north side of the Pleney mountain, Chalet Roc has undergone a total renovation bringing it from 1956 to the current day.
Chalet Roc invites you to curl up by the fireplace on our comfortable sofas, the perfect setting for a party or après-ski drink. With the concertina doors fully opening from the lounge onto a large balcony, enjoy views of Nyon and Pleney mountains and Morzine Town. Or step into the garden and enjoy a dip in the outdoor hottub.

Central location
A short walk to both the Pleney and Super Morzine cable cars, for bus-free access to the slopes.

Available catered or self-catered
Chalet Roc is offered as a self-catered chalet. Full chalet catering can then be added via one of our catering partners, offering a variety of options from drop-off dinners to full board luxury catering.
Summer friendly
Chalet Roc has secure lock-up storage for up to ten mountain/road bikes, Karcher power washer, and a small private garden with barbecue, outdoor seating for up to 20 people and games.
Rooms
Five bedrooms (two as doubles, and three with the options of either double or twin). Two travel cots available if needed. For larger groups we can help to arrange for others to stay in the adjacent flats, and neighbouring chalets.
- Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with corner bath, shower and w/c, and private balcony.
- Bedroom 2: Double (available as twin) bedroom with shower and w/c.
- Bedroom 3: Double (available as twin) bedroom with bath/shower and w/c.
- Bedroom 4: Double bedroom with ensuite shower room, and direct access to the garden.
- Bedroom 5: Double (available as twin) bedroom with private balcony. (Please note that this bedroom has restricted height of 179cm, reducing to 140cm. It does, however, offer the best view of the mountains!)
- Lounge, dining area and fully stocked kitchen.

We have just returned ( 8 adults , 2 children, 1 toddler) from a weeks stay at chalet roc over new years - we have had a wonderful stay! The chalet is superbly located a few minutes walk to town centre and ski lifts. It snowed heavily for our arrival which meant excellent skiing conditions in both morzine and avoriaz. The owner has been very helpful in both booking and help with choosing restaurants etc. The chalet had everything we needed the lounge little smaller than appeared in pictures but still plenty of room for us all! The head height is restricted in the bedroom on top floor but our 6 & 8 year old loved it - plus the view of the fireworks at midnight on new years eve were incredible form the top balcony. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need and table big enough to seat up to 12. A modern chalet in a superb location - a few of our experienced skiiers even skied back to the chalet. Wonderful chalet, fully equipped and well presented. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Location is excellent for mountain biking; both the Pleney and Super-Morzine lifts were mere minutes from the front door. Plenty of bike storage (although the ceiling of the cave/garage is very low), and chalet comes complete with a hose and pressure washer. Chalet owner is very helpful and responds quickly to queries. We're hoping to return to Chalet Roc in summer 2016.
We are a mixed group of 6 adults and 4 teenagers and have just returned from a week in the delightful Chalet Roc in Morzine. We have been holidaying together for over 20 years and have experienced all sorts of chalets from the very expensive fully catered to the cheaper more basic self catered. Chalet Roc was definitely on a par with some of the more expensive chalets we've stayed in. It is very stylish and well fitted out with decent sized bedrooms (for a ski chalet), comfortable beds, good storage facilities, comfy sofas and a very well equipped kitchen. Location is good and handy for the town. Everything else was excellent, including the hot tub which was a lovely surprise! (...) We had a fantastic holiday and are very happy to recommend Chalet Roc.
Our second time at Chalet Roc, and it was even better than last time. Very comfortable and homely inside, and the revamped garden is a great place to chill out at any time of day. The new hot tub was a godsend after spending all day on the mountain biking trails in the area. Once again, highly recommended as a base for mountain biking in the Portes du Soleil area.
